How samples work
Every DURVESS order starts with a sample you approve. The approved sample becomes the reference we check your bulk order against.
Step by step
- 01Send your requestUse the Request a Quote form with your product, quantity, materials and any photos, drawings or logo files.
- 02Get a sample quoteWe reply within 24–48 hours with questions or a sample quote, including the courier cost to your address.
- 03Confirm and payOnce you confirm the sample quote and payment is received, the sample is scheduled with our production partner.
- 04Review the sampleYou check material, colour, size, stitching, hardware, branding and packaging if requested.
- 05Approve or reviseApprove the sample or ask for changes. Revisions are quoted before they are made.
- 06Bulk orderAfter approval we quote the bulk order. MOQ starts from 20 pieces per style, up to 100,000 pieces, and bulk goods are checked against your approved sample.

Leather is a natural material, so small variations in grain and shade between hides are normal. We agree acceptable variation with you on the approved sample.
Sample questions
Leather varies by hide and tannery. A sample lets you confirm look, feel and finish before you commit to bulk, and it gives both sides a clear reference for quality checks.
Yes. A reference product, tech pack, drawing or photos all help. Tell us in the enquiry and we confirm where to send it.
Tell us exactly what to change. We quote any revision before making it, and bulk production only starts after you approve.
Bulk goods are inspected against the approved sample for dimensions, stitching, edges, hardware, colour, branding and packing. Natural leather can vary slightly between hides.
